Award-winning singer and composer Kiran Ahluwalia performs songs from her latest album “Sanata: Stillness” live in our studio. Kiran’s music incorporates elements of Sufi mysticism, as well as Indian and Pakistani vocal traditions with influences from both the West and Africa - including jazz guitar and Saharan tabla. Her band includes: Rez Abbasi on guitar, Nitin Mitta on tabla, Will Holshouser on accordion and Chris Tarry on bass.
